change shell to console to fix highlighting

See the first code block under https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/stable/deploy-cockroachdb-on-premises.html#step-1-synchronize-clocks. The word set is blue there and everything else is black. I think this is because we should be using the console highlight type instead of shell.

Thanks, @mjibson. I'm not sure console will be better in all cases where we're using shell. We should test this further. Also, I wonder how this will change when on Hugo...

Note that the navy blue highlighting backed by black is hard to read:
