Hijrah Chronology had some bits that are not compatible with scala.js as it could be configured to support deviations. I'm not very familiar with this so I just split the JVM/JS incompatible bits to make it buildable and now it can be run on scala.js but the deviation support is not present on JS
Some other test have been ported as well to scalatest
Fixes #11
