This PR ports a large portion of the tests to scalatest. TestNG doesn't work in all cases on Scala.js but the test suite is really useful so we'll port it to scalatest
Most of the tests have been ported baring the ones pending on TimeZone and Chronology that also depend on unsupported Java APIs
