Summary

This PR introduces initial support for Grafana v12 in the pgwatch stack.

Changes Made

  • 🔄 Updated compose.grafana.yml to use grafana/grafana:12.0.0 image
  • 📁 Created grafana/postgres/v12/ directory for Grafana v12 dashboards
  • 📥 Copied existing v11 dashboards into the v12 directory to serve as a base for upcoming updates and compatibility testing

Notes

  • The dashboards are currently identical to v11, but will be incrementally updated to support new features or resolve deprecations in Grafana v12
