@JamesNK I've seen this test fail a few times in TestServer over the past weeks: https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/public/_build/results?buildId=531652&view=ms.vss-test-web.build-test-results-tab&runId=16879430&resultId=101755&paneView=debug. Looks like a call to ReadAsync isn't throwing an exception when it should.
