Which version do you target? I tried net6.0 and net48, and they are both settable.

According to the document, the setter was introduced in .NET Framework 4.6. You can update your target .NET Framework version. If you can't update (if you still need to support Windows XP), you can't get any new feature either.

We need to add a small remark in the docs of CurrentUICulture and CurrentCulture telling the setter property introduced in v4.6 of the .NET Framework.
