Overview
This PR adds a getting started page to the PHP client documentation. The content is based on the client getting started template.
For the reviewer
Please pay special attention to the Requirements section which might miss some items and the code example in the Connecting section that is deduced by me from other examples, so it most certainly is incorrect.
