Remove Name from PropertyBase

As titled, removes Name from PropertyBase which is likely a NESTism that transferred over. NEST uses this for dictionary assignment for the fluent API but it doesn't exist as a valid property on a request body.

I also added a comment as discussed in Slack that explains that MatchOnlyTextProperty does not share a common ancestor with other properties and the reason for this.

Then, create a pull request where the base branch is 7.17 and the compare/head branch is backport-1710-to-7.17.
