Update dependencies in compiler-rs

This PR updates the dependencies in compiler-rs:

• update dependencies (obviously)
• in clients_schema, re-export crates that we expose as part of the public API. This allows library users to depend on the exact same version if needed.
• use cargo-autoinherit to move all versions to the root workspace Cargo.toml
• remove unused dependencies reported by cargo-machete.
• re-generate OpenAPI outputs. The change is because the order of sections in components has changed in the updated OpenAPI library.

Then, create a pull request where the base branch is 8.15 and the compare/head branch is backport-2878-to-8.15.
