Description

Delete not relevant documentation paragraph.
Paragraph says about microseconds behavior which was changed in #4256

I don't understand how it isn't relevant. In my understanding, it's still relevant though it should now be microsecond instead of millisecond.

@xordoquy documentation mentions that for JSON DRF render millisecond precision date time.
While referenced PR removed microsecond stripping.

Thus, documentation disinform developers.
