A collection of somewhat related cleanup and refactoring actions:
FirebaseUserManager.Builderand introducing a newcreateUserManager()factory method so it looks similar to how other helper classes are initialized in the auth package.HttpRequestInfonow supports setting URL query parameters. Calling classes no need to useGenericUrl.JsonObjectParserattribute is removed from theErrorHandlingHttpClient. It's not needed there due to the way we parse response payloads in the SDK.
