For NPM module installation using ES6 imports, add CSS import so FirebaseUI HTML elements will be properly styled

If there's a better way to do this, please feel free to discard this PR :-) But as it stands, following the directions using ES6 imports with webpack results in the UI being displayed without any CSS styling. |
