Autoamted the release process, any push to the rmaster branch will now create a release based on the commit lags.

  • Release is created via smeantic relase
  • Workflow tested on fork https://github.com/npalm/terraform-aws-github-runner/releases
  • pre commit hooks updates
  • removed hard coded releae versions in docs and examples
  • added release app to grant permission to updates issues and files during release
  • added dry run to test workflow on branch, note release notes are incorrect on branch due to missing tags.
