Nvim is working on support for textDocument/inlineCompletion, so maybe copilot.vim wouldn't have to manually start server?

Seems like an orthogonal concern to me. That server isn't going to start itself.

Once 0.11.2 is out I can add a version check to use vim.lsp.start in that case.
