Add Published / Modified date at the top of articles

(adding this type-Design label but it is a feature request)

We release features often and Web Development trend moves fast. Often, I find myself wondering "Is this the latest on this [API/Feature/best practice] or is there newer document?"
For that, I use publish date as "stale-ness" check of an article. (If Service Worker article I'm reading is from 4 years ago, I may look for newer ones as, API might have changed.)

Can we expose published date (which currently have as metadata but not displayed) and/or move modified date from current location (very bottom of the page) to top of article, maybe just below the title section?
