How to disable record selector hints? "$sel:..."

The latest HLS version has a feature to display record selector hints like in the screenshot below:

Some members on my team don't like this and would like to disable it. How can we do this? I've referred to the docs at https://haskell-language-server.readthedocs.io/en/latest/configuration.html but couldn't find an answer.

Hi, thanks for the bug report! There is currently no way to just turn off the inlay hints for records, I believe, it might be easy to configure, but we are generally trying to avoid configuration options.

Do you not like the inlay hints at all, or is the problem the $sel: part? If it is the latter, then that should be fixed in master.

I do think it's the $sel: part that is annoying. looking forward to the fix!

I am checking whether it is actually fixed with the next release, otherwise we are making sure this prefix will be stripped :)

I think this is fixed on HLS HEAD
