### Steps to reproduce

git clone https://github.com/AndreasPK/hls-import-bug.git hls-import-2

Load in vscode

### Expected behaviour

HLS should recommend a import exporting RunSpliceFailReason

### Actual behaviour

HLS does not suggest a import
