I understand that failures on the opencl backend are unrelated, so I am going to merge this PR. But we have an implicit agreement that developers should address such unrelated failures by creating a tracker and disabling these tests. |

This test was sporadically failing. I was not able to reproduce using latest tools and on multiple runs. Re-enabling it.
