This is expected result with the existing compiler:

[2021-06-02T05:34:00.998Z] ********************
[2021-06-02T05:34:00.998Z] Failed Tests (1):
[2021-06-02T05:34:00.998Z] SYCL :: Plugin/max_malloc.cpp
[2021-06-02T05:34:00.998Z]
[2021-06-02T05:34:00.998Z] ********************
[2021-06-02T05:34:00.998Z] Unexpectedly Passed Tests (1):
[2021-06-02T05:34:00.998Z] SYCL :: USM/badmalloc.cpp

After intel/llvm#3840 was merged (yesterday) the testing should be clean.
@vladimirlaz : What is the proper way to re-trigger testing of this PR with the new compiler?
