This PR fixes #171

Changes made:

  • Add a function to StudioActions class that checks if a source control class is enabled.
  • Inform the user when they attempt to access the source control or server command menus when a source control class isn’t enabled.
  • Don’t attempt to automatically fire a studio action if a source control class isn’t enabled.
