Log failures

I really appreciate that js-data-http logs successful requests. Would appreciate it if it logged failures as well. I'm normally more interested to see the logs for failures anyway. What do you think?

I was attempting to make a PR to support this, but I'm not certain the best approach to continue the promise chain in the error handler. I always just do $q.reject. For some reason I believe that simply throwing the argument passed in will continue the promise chain as normal, but I can't quite remember if that's right or what we want to do...

There you go! Tested both approach manually on my project and they output the same thing except the second approach will log red which I think is more desirable. They just prefix the normal output with "FAILED".
