Update documentation for preserve client IP attribute

Provide example to enable client IP preservation attribute on NLB target group. This is disabled by default for IP target mode. The attribute applies for TCP and TLS target groups only. For more details refer to the AWS documentation [link].

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
