Description

• update client-go to v0.26.5 to address issue panic: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference #3214
• update golang base image to 1.20.4, and go-restful to v3.10.0 to address CVEs Vulnerabilities in several dependencies #3217

Test:

• Applied the new image to deployment, and the deployment was up and running, no issues observed.
• Trivy scan returned no HIGH or CRITICAL CVEs for the new image.
