Support for the following SPIR-V Extended Ops:

  • 67: Distance
  • 68: Cross
  • 69: Normalize
  • 71: Reflect

I would advocate for reverting 52d61dd where I add tests for Cross, Normalize, and Reflect in mlir/test/Dialect/SPIRV/IR/gl-ops.mlir because they are pure {Unary/Binary}ArithmeticOps which are extensively tested already.
