Deprecate dummy renderers (which are only used with dryrun=True, which
is itself deprecated).

Move the image-to-stream warning to draw_image.

Deprecate GraphicsContextPgf (we can just use GraphicsContextBase
directly; e.g. the Agg backend does the same).
