Hi Emily -- the following is not published yet, but for the update and the remove field, we now have the following sentence instead of the Optional. Must specify either the remove or the update field in the findAndModify() method. |

The descriptions of the update and remove fields in findAndModify indicated that you could use the two in combination. They must be used exclusively so I've updated the text.
