I've added a sentence at the top of the Privilege Actions page to define a privilege action for orientation before the higher level description.

I've added a copy of the resource document syntax to the system.roles doc. As I'm writing the methods docs, I noticed I'm constantly wanting the option to see all the syntax in one place and not have to click around unless I want/need detail. So, I added it.

merged only the minor updates commit. The commit for updateRole method is an out-of-date one. We've already merged your pull request with a more up-to-date updateRole page.
