Update backup and restore role docs #1549

The backup server doesn't do restores directly, so we shouldn't mention the backup service in the docs on the "restore" role. Also added reference to mongodump and mongorestore.

You may need to update some of the formatting as I didn't know how to do things like link to mongodump/mongorestore docs. |
