This adds a WiredTiger upgrade procedure tutorial for standalones, replica sets, sharded clusters, and config servers to the storage section. Before, this only existed in the MongoDB 3.0 release notes.

Documents how to change your MongoDB deployment to use the WiredTiger storage
engine for replica sets, sharded clusters, and config servers.
