Resolves CDRIVER-5904 for the r1.30 branch (EVG project:
mongo-c-driver-latest-release). See #1882 for more info.Verified by this patch (note the
branch=r1.30in SilkBomb output).This PR includes the minimal changes required to support regularly executing the SilkBomb 2.0 tasks for all subsequent commits to the r1.30 release branch going forward.
