Resolves CXX-2754. Followup to #915. CXX-2284 added
MONGOCXX_COMPILER_IDandMONGOCXX_COMPILER_VERSIONto config.hh.in but did not add corresponding push-pop guards to prelude.hh and postlude.hh.
