Suggest to add its purpose. Something like:
Add CMake option MONGOCXX_OVERRIDE_DEFAULT_INSTALL_PREFIX (default is TRUE for backwards-compatibility). If enabled, mongocxx will set a default CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX if one is not already defined.
