Disregard: this seems to be an issue for other aws commands on the release branch, not just for the scan-build matrix. |

Attempt to resolve scan-build matrix task failures in the EVG release branch project. Assumption is that
aws cp scanfails due to absence of any files to upload within thescandirectory when no bugs are found.
