Resolves CXX-3158. A long-awaited followup to CXX-1964 which removes the
bsoncxx::types::valueredeclaration provided bybsoncxx/types/value.hpp, which is equivalent tobsoncxx::v_noabi::types::view(note the view vs. value confusion).
