Fixes documentation relating to MONGODB-CR authentication mechanism deprecation.
This ticket was closed as "done" a couple years ago, but the documentation is slightly incorrect. We do want to mark the
MONGODB-CRauthentication mechanism as deprecated, but it was deprecated in 3.6 not 4.0. It was removed in 4.0. See server documentation here.
