Using this with UI-Bootstrap breaks the dropdown menus due to stopPropagation on the click event. This adds options to turn that and preventDefault.

This feature will be very helpful for me too, i have the same problem with ui-bootstrap dropdown menu.

du-smooth-scroll sucking these events up prevents $routeProvider reloadOnSearch: false from doing its magic.
