Summary:
After editing and saving code in the Code panel, the changes do not reflect in the web preview or design canvas, causing confusion and workflow disruption.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a file in the Code panel.
  2. Edit content (e.g., change text).
  3. Save the file.
  4. Switch back to the web preview or design canvas.

Actual result:
The changes made and saved in the Code panel are not shown in the web preview.

Expected result:
The saved changes should be immediately visible in the web preview or design canvas after saving
