It's not just about hosting, rather maintaining. And this way it's reusable between projects too. For example I will use it here: https://github.com/moneyphp/money |

This PR removes the docker container from this repository and moves it to a dedicated repository maintained by me: https://github.com/webplates/docker-readthedocs
I improved the scripts themselves as a whole, added some tips and explanation.
