Noticed by @serhiy-storchaka in the bpo. typing's types were not showing the parameterized generic.
Eg. previously:

>>> typing.Union[dict[str, float], list[int]]
'typing.Union[dict, list]'

Now:

>>> typing.Union[dict[str, float], list[int]]
'typing.Union[dict[str, float], list[int]]'
