2. Refined the README.md, enhanced project proposal by clarifying goals, providing detailed dataset context, specifying format details, expanding projected work, and including technical insights. Added "Potential Impact and Benefits" section before "Contributing," outlining project significance, such as informing decisions, addressing inequalities, supporting career development, contributing to open source, and empowering data-driven decisions. This ensures contributors understand project impact before participating.
3. Created a new folder documentation and added necessary readme files
