In #5725 I had moved a number of website deps from
devDependenciestodependencies. I thought that I had run a fulllerna cleanwhen I first made this PR, but I must have actually just done anrm -rf node_modulesin thewebsitepackage and was still getting a cachedreact-motion. Sorry about that.
