This change makes some updates to the Travis configuration. The updates are mainly to update to modern Travis configuration requirements as some of the configuration had been superseded by changes to defaults, and updates to Travis itself. This change also adds a build for Java 9.

FYI We have a build failure in the javadoc task with the Java 9 job. Java 8 working. https://travis-ci.org/rsocket/rsocket-java/jobs/361595150

Quickest fix would be commenting out just this job until proper fix in place.

OK, that's really weird. I made the Travis changes because I couldn't get it to build in my fork. But now that it is my Java 9 build is green. I agree with the disabling and I'll re-enable it when I work on the docs for the Aeron stuff.
