@benoittgt and @pirj, I used these to do a bunch of work for updating the various combinations of ci/markdown files, pinging for a post merge review / your awareness (#276 is identical to this but also adds Ruby 3 for 4-0-dev). |

Allows an override of
ONLY="project names"andEXCEPT="project names"(delimited by space) for working with the multi repo scripts. This was useful when working with files for4-0-devand markdown files.
