Rustup can be more up to date than the book.

Could you update the link on all of the tools.ftl files? Don't update the link text, that's fine for now and translators can fix that eventually. |

The trouble I'm finding is that different languages forked from the English text at different points so it's not entirely obvious to me that changing the link works in context. |

Ah, that's fair. Merging for now. A deploy may take a while since we're in the process of updating Rocket. |

Rustup can be more up to date than the book. Additionally, it now has more in-depth install instructions for those doing a manual install.
