I think I did the release correctly? I needed some last minute adjustments to the setup.py and I added one more step to CONTRIBUTING.rst.

I'll upload the windows wheels once they're done :D

@asottile You did it correctly! I just uploaded libsass-0.9.0-cp{27,33,34}-none-win{32,_amd64}.whl binaries using ./upload_appveyor_builds.py 0.9.0 command. 😄

Also, I built binaries for Mac as well.

I'll be making another release today to get the 3.3.1 changes, there's some regressions :'(
