Add section explaining expectations around compute time for computed traits and audiences. Below is a common response Support shares with customers :
Audiences and Computed Traits can take time to compute and we usually recommend giving it 24 hours to fully build and be ready for use, even though it will usually be shorter than that to get everything ready.
There are many places within our backend that need to be created/modified to make a new computation and various factors that can play into that timing like the size of the user base and if the system is under heavy load/strain, so sometimes they can take some time to build.
The Personas Engineering team is working on a project that will showcase ETAs for audiences getting created (and backfilling any data) which will help provide more insight within the UI into what is happening.
Additional information
Customers often write in with questions regarding how long audiences and computed traits take to compute. Having that information on both the Computed Traits page as well as the Audiences page under a Troubleshooting section would be helpful to reduce support ticket volume around these topics.
