Proposed changes

  • Clarified how an email address or phone number would end up with no subscription status.
  • Replaced instances of contact vector with email or phone number. This should add more clarity for readers.
  • Updated instances of did not subscribe to did-not-subscribe.
  • Changed Track call to Identify call.
  • Added full Identify call JSON payload for clarity.

Merge timing

  • ASAP once approved.
