private Map<String, @Frozen UdtClass> map;

this will give a NullPointerException

Can you provide a bit more context on when this happens? Adding a stacktrace would be useful, too.

Correctly resolve user type from CassandraType(userTypeName) for Maps.

We now correctly resolve user types for type arguments configured to UDT. These can either apply to keys or values depending on the typeArguments.
