CF failure is related to download of Node from their mirrors. This has happend couple of times, cc. @Nemikolh

Not sure but maybe we could cache it instead of always downloading again and again. Also reported here: https://community.cloudflare.com/t/error-failed-to-download-node-v20-8-0-linux-x64-tar-gz/572901
