1st job cleans all images in Arcus S3 openhpc-images-prerelease bucket
2nd job uploads main branch fatimage to Arcus S3 openhpc-images-prerelease bucket when bumped.
3rd job retrieves image from S3 and saves to remianing ci cloud openstacks.
